Return & Refund Policy

At The Style Loft, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, exchange, or refund (depending on your preference).

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Tags attached and original packaging included (if applicable)

    • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair/smoke

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Jewelry

  • Intimates (bras, bralettes, bodysuits, swimsuits)

  • Sale or clearance items (marked Final Sale)

  • Gift cards

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • Store credit is issued as a gift card code for easy future shopping.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return arrives.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the requested size/style is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at customerservice@thestyleloft.com with photos, and we’ll make it right ASAP.
