Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, exchange, or refund (depending on your preference).

Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags attached and original packaging included (if applicable)

Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair/smoke

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Intimates (bras, bralettes, bodysuits, swimsuits)

Sale or clearance items (marked Final Sale)

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Store credit is issued as a gift card code for easy future shopping.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return arrives.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested size/style is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit.
Return Shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at customerservice@thestyleloft.com with photos, and we’ll make it right ASAP.
